SHIPPING POLICY
Each item is handcrafted in a small workshop, and therefore we ask that you allow 7-10 days for dispatch. Although we endeavour to complete each order as quickly as possible, the quality of the product matters to us as much as it does to you, so we would prefer to take our time to ensure that the end result is perfect for you.

If you are sending our products as a gift, or if you have a specific date that you require the product before, please contact us BEFORE ordering. We will quickly confirm in writing whether the order can be completed in time before you pay out your hard earned money! Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for a missed birthday or occasion if we are unaware of your needs.

Standard UK postage and packaging is free. We ensure that all of our items are dispatched quickly and packaged well. First class recorded delivery is available at additional cost. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. There may still be occasional postage delays due to the current covid situation.

Currently we only supply as standard to the UK, however we are always open to international enquiries. For enquiries about postage times and upgrades to priority postage please do not hesitate to contact. Please enjoy browsing the other items in our store and feel free to contact us with any queries!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products at fettled!. Although we strive to give you the best quality service possible, we understand that from time to time products might not meet your needs and you wish to return them.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Whenever possible we will try to offer a like-for-like replacement. However if you still want to proceed with a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. The item will be held by us until delivery costs are covered to re-send out the item.

Please note that we are a small business and therefore will not refund the original delivery costs or cover the delivery costs for returning an item.
